Manufacturers, distributors, and industry organizations came together around a shared vision of creating workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected. Through conversations, shared resources, and industry collaboration, I Belong Here has helped foster learning, strengthen relationships, and support workforce development across the electrical industry.
